Too often, we spend our time worrying about the future or trying to change the past. Learning to enjoy life, in the moment is a great gift you can give yourself. One of the things that I hear from clients is how grateful they are that I include mindfulness meditation training as part of their hypnosis change work. I find it is one of the most powerful tools I can give my clients that helps them manage stress and keep them focused.
Change happens in the moment! Being fully present allows that to happen in the most powerful way possible. So as you sit at your table this #Thanksgiving focus on staying in the moment…And remember to have fun, too!
